·     Provide legal consultation, and perform all legal research operations related to investments in partnership projects between the public and private sectors and preparing all documents related to projects, whether the client is a public sector or a private sector one.

·     Provide legal advice in all intellectual property issues especially patents, copyrights and publication rights, trademarks, trade names, and registration thereof, and resulting lawsuits, technology-transfer contracts and licenses, and their liability to intellectual and industrial property rights according to the Jordanian laws and international conventions.

·     Provide legal advice in all transactions related to real estates such as appropriation, sales, real estate leases, drafting finance agreements for the real estate finance firms, and collecting real estate funds on behalf of banks, liquidators, and companies.

·     Provide legal advice in the field of investment in  developmental  areas, review contracts and conduct negotiations on behalf of investors.

·     Provide legal advice in all issues emanating from the administrative law in terms of the legality and legitimacy of the decisions and instructions issued by the management, and follow-up related lawsuits before the Supreme Court of Justice.

·     Represent clients in disputes where legal solutions are used through mediation, arbitration, or litigation at all Jordanian courts of different types and grades.

·     Drafting legal legislation, draft laws and legislation, and conducting comparative legal studies of legislations and laws thereby indicating the compatibility of these laws with the constitutions and international norms.
